Agent Relations Coordinator

──────────────────────── About the Role ────────────────────────

GetHome is a premium landed residential development in the Jabodetabek area. As we enter an accelerated sales phase, we are looking for a dedicated Agent Relations Coordinator to build and activate our external agent network across Jabodetabek. This is a full-time, dedicated role — not a dual-function position. You will own the relationship between GetHome and our external agent ecosystem, and be directly responsible for driving agent-sourced sales volume.

──────────────────────── Responsibilities ────────────────────────

• Build and activate a network of external property agents in the Jabodetabek market, from initial outreach through to consistent lead submission

• Manage ongoing relationships with agents: regular product updates, lead follow-up coordination, and document support

• Plan and execute agent site visits, gatherings, and closing clinics

• Ensure all agents are equipped with up-to-date sales toolkits (digital brochures, price lists, unit photos/videos, legal FAQs)

• Coordinate lead handovers to the internal sales team

• Submit weekly pipeline reports covering agent activity, incoming leads, and closing status • Manage monthly activation budget and track ROI per event or initiative

──────────────────────── Requirements ────────────────────────

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the property industry — developer, real estate agency, or mortgage banking • Existing network of active property agents in Jabodetabek is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with KPR processes, PPJB mechanisms, and AJB procedures

• Strong follow-through and self-management — able to operate independently without close supervision •

High mobility: comfortable with frequent field meetings, site visits, and community events

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
