We are We Motion, a creative agency and production company that has more than 10 years of experience and currently needs a creative design lead who we will place fully dedicated to our client, one of the largest multinational insurance companies in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Digital Strategiest at PT Wijaya Media Komunika in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible for leading and managing creative design projects, developing creative strategies, branding initiatives, and writing creative content.


Qualifications :





Develop creative strategies, campaign proposal, and presentation decks to communicate clear, actionable ideas



Conduct research on audience insights, industry trends, and competitor activities



Comfortable working with data and able to manage budget plan according to the objectives



Collaborate with cross functional teams (Designers, Copywriters, Project Managers, Art Directors, Motion Designers) to execute strategies



Evaluate campaign performance, provide insights, and optimize strategiest for better results



Extensive experience in branding, advertising, and digital creative with at least 8 years in the creative industry



Strong presentation, story telling, and research skills with a creative problem solving mindset



Proficiency in using ChatGPT, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheet, and Canva



Organized, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines consistently



Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising or related fields

You will work for one of the largest multinational companies in the financial industry (insurance) and placed in Jakarta (Sudirman)



We offer you a hybrid working arrangement (4 days in office & 1 day work WFH)



Candidates must have their own devices / laptop
