We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the company's financial operations.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

1. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing financial reports and statements.

4. Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accounts payable.

5. Perform bank reconciliations by comparing transactions with company accounting records.

6. Support budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to the preparation of financial plans.

7. Process and verify employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.

8. Assist in preparing VAT and tax filings, ensuring timely submission and adherence to local regulations.

9. Provide support during internal and external audits, preparing necessary documents and information.

10. Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and sales, to ensure smooth financial operations.

11. Performs the other tasks as per assigned.

Qualifications:-

• Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software, e.g. SAP and Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
