Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end daily accounting operations including monitor account payable, account receivables and cash liquidity.

• Create data entry and financial statements to ensure correct figures. - Support and verify all payment requests including payment advance requests to ensure proper supporting documents for all transactions.

• Maintain financial accountability by establishing internal control.

• Be responsible for the process of tax reporting and ensure all payments and reporting are done timely, accurately and in accordance with Indonesian taxation standards.

• Processing PPH unifikasi 23 and 4(2), PPh 21, PPh 26, PPh 25 and VAT. - Prepare and monitor invoicing to clients.

• Assist CEO on any request for spending update, income tracking, and other financial data.

Skills required for this role:

• Applicants must have Excellent Knowledge in basic accounting and tax, flow of transactions (workflow accounting process), taxation, PSAK, General Ledger, Finance AR / AP, Reconcile PPH & VAT, taxation, COGS and audit

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and computer literate is a must

• Must possess good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Having Brevet A and B courses would be an advantage
