Business Analyst – PT Ifabula Digital Kreasi

PT Ifabula Digital Kreasi is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work on various digital transformation and application development projects for corporate clients.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into effective application solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Understand and analyze business processes, requirements, and client needs.

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.

• Identify business problems and propose appropriate solutions.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.

• Create process flows, wireframes, user stories, and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project.

• Validate requirements and ensure the delivered solution meets business needs.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including MoM, FSD, user stories, and other relevant documents.

• Support UAT and assist stakeholders in clarifying business requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to understand and analyze business processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to translate business requirements into clear functional solutions.

• Familiar with creating process flows, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.

• Strong documentation skills.

• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new business domains.
