Position: Application Specialist (Material Science)

Location: Taman Galaxy, Bekasi City

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science,engineer physic or a related field. - In-depth knowledge of material preparation techniques, Universal testing machines, and FTIR. - Willingness to be based in Bekasi City.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers in understanding all products by providing comprehensive information and supporting documents related to product knowledge. - Perform product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers. - Provide product installation and application training to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the equipment. - Manage customer complaints and resolve any issues related to product applications to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales team to deliver optimal solutions tailored to customer needs. - Prepare training materials and regularly conduct product training sessions for the sales and marketing team.
