Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. - At least 3 years of experience in the building materials industry. - In-depth knowledge of construction processes in project settings. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting working drawings (CAD, SketchUp, BIM) and performing cost estimations. - Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels. - Strong command of both written and spoken English. - Promote Jayaboard's systems, including both existing and new products, within the project market. - Manage and integrate Jayaboard's systems into specification documents and drawings for architects and other stakeholders involved in project specifications, such as contractors, owners, construction management, and quantity surveyors. - Develop Project Specification Proposals and prepare supporting documents for material approval stages within projects. - Conduct regular visits to customers and project sites to ensure all supporting data is current and aligned with project requirements. - Obtain specification documents/drawings and provide Jayaboard Project Proposals tailored to detailed project needs.
