AREA FIELD MANAGER

AFM role will responsible for Promotor Management and Retail Management in Key Account Stores through planning, monitoring, and improvement activities

1. Plan, monitor, and improve the promotor Sales achievement (Sell Out and Activation Target) in Area: • Promotor KPI Achievement • Promotor Sell out and Activation • Implement improvements to enhance promotor productivity and effectiveness.

2. Lead recruitment progress, fulfillment, and recruitment of Promotor based on quota at assigned area

3. Organize and execute promotor development activities including: • Training Delivery, ensure the completeness of training for Promotors including onboarding for new promotor • Evaluation and Assessment, responsible to monitor the execution of promotor post-training evaluation and assessment.

4. Responsible to ensure the standard training score achievement as part of people development responsibility • Coaching, perform regular coaching for low productivity promotor and promotor who does not meet evaluation score • Aspect of promotor development including soft skill, sales skill, and product knowledge

5. Retail Management: monitor, improve and ensure the standard retail management implemented accordingly within KA stores including: • Retail Asset (Furniture and Display) • LDU (Smartphone, TV, AIoT) • POSM, Flyer, POP, Dummy Implementation

6. Partner Management: Build coordination with key partners regional team in assigned area

Qualification:

1. 5+ years of proven track record in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, telecommunications, FMCG, or related retail sectors.

2. 2+ years of experience in leading area sales and dealer management with a proven track record of sales achievement.

3. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (External & Internal), including region partners to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
