Area Manager

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the recycling, manufacturing, or supply chain industry; experience managing multi-site operations is an advantage. • Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills. • Data-driven with the ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Willing to travel regularly and visit all operational sites. • Possess a valid Class A Driver's License (SIM A). Job Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across all sites to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure all facilities comply with the company's quality, safety, and operational standards. • Lead, develop, and mentor the management team at each site, including Site Managers. • Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency. • Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational strategies and plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve the company's operational goals.
