Area Manager (Placement Bali)

Responsibilities

• Manage in total 10 - 12 outlets at the same time

• Manage all Outlet's F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

• Preserve each 10 outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service

• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

• Lead 10 - 12 Outlets Team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel

• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures

• Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork

• Comply with all health and safety regulations

• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

• Placement Jabodetabek, Medan, and Makassar

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent

• Proven food and beverage management experience

• Understand the inventory scheme well

• In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (P&L) report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety

• Understand each KPI component for outlet and how to achieve them

• Understand the process of solving problems related to operational issues

• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication and leadership skills

• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices

• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

• Guest-oriented and service-minded

• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
