Area Manger

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the massage store

• Lead and support the therapist and front desk team

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness

• Handle client feedback and service improvements

• Monitor sales targets and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Store Manager in a large store, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or F&B

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities

• Customer-oriented with good communication skills

• Experience in managing team performance and service quality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
