Area Sales Manager

Responsibility:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.

• Offer personalized travel recommendations, including destinations, activities, accommodations, and transportation options.

• Stay informed about travel trends, destination attractions, local customs, and travel advisories.

• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to provide updates, address inquiries, and finalize tour details.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns before, during, and after the tour.

• Prepare and distribute comprehensive travel documents, including itineraries, booking confirmations, visas, and travel insurance information.

• Promote additional travel services, upgrades, and special packages to enhance client experiences and increase sales revenue.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the travel consultancy business.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a Tour Consultant, or in a similar role within the travel industry.

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and travel services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
