Responsibilities: • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and develop creative landscape design concepts. • Prepare detailed landscape plans, drawings, and specifications for project implementation. • Conduct site analyses and assess environmental factors to ensure sustainable and practical designs. • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality project delivery. • Liaise with contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. • Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and best practices in landscape design. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. • Handle and apply for construction-related permits in Indonesia, including: • PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) – Building approval permit. • SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) – Certificate of building feasibility. • DD (Dokumen Desain) – Design documentation required for construction approval. Requirements: • Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in landscape design and project management. • Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and the ability to apply for permits like PBG, SLF, and DD. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines. • Passion for sustainable design and creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
