Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mixed Use, Commercial, and Hotel projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs from concept to construction. As a Senior Architect, you will lead project teams, oversee design processes & ensure that all projects are completed on time & within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage architectural projects from conceptual design through to construction.

• Develop and implement sustainable and green architectural solutions.

• Produce high-quality designs and drawings, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, tender documents & for-construction drawings.

• Collaborate with Clients, Consultants & other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely & successful project delivery.

• Mentor & provide leadership to junior architects and design team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Mixed Use, Commercial & Hotel projects.

• Expertise in green & sustainable architecture.

• Fluency in English, with excellent communication & presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask & manage multiple projects effectively.

• Proficiency in all phases of design, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, tender documents & for-construction drawings.

• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for architecture & design.
