Asistant Manager FAT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Must have Brevet A & B. Must be fluent in English. Minimum 6 years of work experience.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance, and applicable tax regulations.

• Proficient in using Accurate accounting software.

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to operate accounting and financial software, including advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills, especially when explaining financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Description

• Handle monthly accounting processes, review accounting vouchers and statements, and ensure consistency across accounts, supporting documents, and reports.

• Proficient in using Core Tax for daily tax processing, reporting, and reconciliation.

• Prepare various financial statements, consolidated reports, and perform financial analysis in a timely manner. Ensure financial statements from joint ventures comply with applicable regulations.

• Ensure accurate calculation, payment, and reporting of taxes (VAT, income tax, etc.) in line with the latest regulations.

• Manage the annual corporate tax return. Map monthly and annual tax returns (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan) with financial reports.

• Coordinate with external parties, including tax authorities, regarding updated tax regulations.

• Ensure availability of funds for operational needs.

• Review and approve all payments submitted by the Finance team (Bank approval).

• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding payment schedules.

• Ensure procurement price submissions have obtained the best available pricing.

• Ensure audit reports are completed on time.
