We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Account Receivable Intern to join our dynamic team in Fas a Fas Bakery & Cafe. This internship offers a unique opportunity for an individual interested in finance and accounting, particularly within the context of the bakery sector. The chosen candidate will assist in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This role will provide valuable exposure to the financial activities of our company, allowing the intern to develop practical skills in financial analysis, customer relations, and accounting software. The intern will work closely with the finance team to support various operational tasks involving customer invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations. In addition, the internship will enable the candidate to gain insight into the operational aspects of the bakery business, contributing to an understanding of how financial performance impacts overall success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of customer invoices and statements.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to track outstanding payments.

• Support the reconciliation process of customer accounts and discrepancies.

• Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment inquiries.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and financial documentation.

• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounts receivable processes.

• Participate in regular meetings to discuss accounts receivable performance and strategies.

Requirements

• Domiciled in Bali.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
