Job Description:

• Accurately translating documents, emails, drawing, and other written materials from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa;

• Providing live interpretation during meetings, conferences, and other situations where verbal communication is needed;

• Keeping sensitive information confidential, especially when dealing with company documents or private conversations;

• Taking meeting minutes, supporting administrative tasks, or assisting with Japanese language related activities.

• Handling employee travel preparation, such as flight tickets, accommodation, etc

• Handling document Foreign Workers
  
  Requirement:

• Bachelor of Japanese Language; Management

• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certifications N2 is a strong plus

• Minimum 2 years experience in Administrative Interpreters must be adapt at understanding and interpreting various sentence structures, reading and writing systems (including Kanji), and subtle linguistic difference;

• Excellent communicators, capable of thinking on their feet and conveying information clearly and accurately in real-time; Having computer skills (Ms. Office)
