- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the IT or technology industry. - Proven experience in managing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Hands-on experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). - Experience in preparing audit reports, compliance with tax regulations, and managing internal controls. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various departments and external partners. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. - Proactive mindset and ability to work independently, as well as in a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
