- Experience leading a tenant relations team.
- Previous experience (3+ years) in hospitality apartment
- Preferable experienced as TENANT RELATION Supervisor or Assistant Chief Tenant Relation
- Candidate must have FLUENT in ENGLISH.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Have experience good problem solving
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guidance and supervision to the Tenant Relations and Facility team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships between tenants and Building Management.
- Address tenant complaints and concerns in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Help Chief TR coordinate with TR team member
