- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for our private pool villas ensuring cleanliness meets luxury standards - Supervise the setup of in-villa experiences (Floating Breakfast, Rose Water Milk Bath, In-Villa Grill) - Manage linen laundry and inventory ensuring high-quality upkeep of towels bedding and guest amenities - Ensure personalized villa setup for VIP and repeat guests maintaining a high-touch hospitality approach - Collaborate with the Front Office to deliver seamless guest experiences - Train and supervise housekeeping leaders & staff to maintain high service levels and efficiency - Implement eco-friendly cleaning practices aligning with the resort's commitment to sustainability - Conduct daily inspections of villas and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards - Ensure compliance with health hygiene and safety standards - Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required - Must be available to join immediately
