Yayasan Bina Tani Sejahtera (YBTS) was established to take part in the social and humanitarian fields, especially related to agricultural livelihoods. We work to help improve farmers’ livelihoods to make them more prosperous. The founding of the foundation is one of the corporate social responsibility strategies of PT. East West Seed Indonesia.

We believe that farmers’ livelihoods can be improved, among others, by means of a transfer of knowledge and technology in order to increase the capacity and productivity of farmers in farming. In this regard, the Foundation provides counseling and consulting services, conducts training on cultivation and agricultural business, and operates nurseries.

The Foundation’s program targets small-scale farmers in Indonesia, especially those who are still low or have limited access to technical assistance and extension services. We also give attention and service to the management and use of natural resources and the environment in a sustainable manner

Review relevant documents and process data for advance requests, expense reimbursement, jurnaling, etc., submitted by field staff

Perform proactive, accurate, timely, and high-quality administrative work to ensure proper filling of all assigned programs/projects in both hard copy and soft copy

Maintain communication with the team and be responsible for the overall integrity of project administrative requirements, coordinating with the Finance & Accounting Division in accordance with YBTS regulations

Design, establish, and maintain a central filing system for administration and ensure quick retrieval of files when needed

Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Division to ensure all project-related expense bills are paid on time

Assist the Finance & Accounting Supervisor in preparing supporting documents for monthly and annual reports

Skills and Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration or a related/relevant field

Open to fresh graduates and those with experience in Finance & Accounting

Detail-oriented, meticulous, and honest

Male preferred

Experience working with internal teams and external partners

Good communication and documentation skills

Proficient in computer skills (excel, spreadsheet, power point, etc.) and web/internet literacy

Language: Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus
