Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities

  • Assist the head baker in preparing a wide variety of French breads and pastries according to traditional recipes and techniques.

  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all baked products.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results for all baked goods.

  • Participate in the decoration and presentation of pastries and breads to enhance visual appeal for customers.

  • Support inventory management by tracking supplies and assisting in reordering when necessary.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and innovative baking techniques to enhance our product offerings.

Requirements

  • Domiciled in Bali.

  • A strong passion for baking and a willingness to learn and develop skills in a professional bakery environment.

  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, preferably acquired through culinary education or practical experience.

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely while also demonstrating creativity in presentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen setting.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required in the bakery.
