Requirements : - Minimum 1 year experience as a baker - Have an interest in pastry - Bachelor's degree in culinary or equivalent - Strong knowledge in baking techniques, equipments and food safety standards - Able to work in fast-paced environment - Organized and attention to detail - Able to work in a team and individually - Have a good communication and troubleshooting skil - Good behaviour and work ethic Responsibilities - Preparing and baking goods, including measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and monitoring baking times - Follow recipes and instructions to prepare various types of baked goods - Ensure the quality and freshness of products by checking the appearance, taste, and texture - Manage stock and inventory - Maintain a clean and sanitary work area by following SOP - Keep records of production, inventory and sales
