About the Role

PISON Group is seeking a friendly, passionate, and service-oriented Barista to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent guest service, maintaining bar cleanliness, and supporting smooth daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and company standards

• Prepare espresso-based beverages using the espresso machine and grinder

• Ensure beverages meet quality, taste, consistency, and presentation standards

• Prepare coffee beans, milk, syrups, garnishes, glassware, and other ingredients before service

• Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work station

• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly

• Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, garnishes, and bar supplies

• Check stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the Supervisor or Manager

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and feedback professionally

• Coordinate with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure smooth service

• Follow beverage preparation, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures

• Assist with daily bar opening and closing duties

• Support the Front of House team during busy service periods

• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso, and beverage preparation

• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and basic bar equipment

• Good knowledge of beverage presentation and quality standards

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
