- Minimum Diploma or bachelor degree with relevant education background
- Experienced in related position, minimum 2 years in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership, creative and energetic
- Show positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, guest handling, food safety and hygiene (1)
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, client relationship management, and target-oriented work with strong negotiation and communication skills (2)
- Proficient in basic coffee knowledge, coffee brewing, espresso extraction, and capable of making basic latte art (4)
- Good communication in both Bahasa and English (1, 2, and 4)
