3. Strong knowledge of Coffee, Cocktails, Mocktails, Mojitos, Milkshakes, etc 

4. People person, customer-oriented, entertaining 

5. Good comunication, responsible, trustworthy, organised, and a strong team player 

6. Fast & efficient, possess high attention to detail 

7. Passionate about food and beverage, high level of hygiene 

8. Highly skilled in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, highly knowledgeable of current cocktail trends. 

9. Have extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, including mixing techniques, garnishes, and glassware 

Job Description: 

1. Drive cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonally accurate cocktails are available on the menu. 

2. Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks for customers in restaurants 

3. Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks 

4. Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations 

5. Monitor and replenish raw material stock 

6. Train Jr. Bartenders and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are to standard 

7. Assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing.
