Location: Sidoarjo/Semarang

Center Manager

• Sales: Lead and guide student advisors overseeing sales and after-sales functions to optimize the sales process, actively monitor the sales team's performance, and achieve predetermined sales targets.

• Operations: Collaborate with the Teachers Manager to implement and enhance the Operations Manual, ensuring a continuous elevation in teaching quality and adherence to established guidelines.

• Marketing: Assist in devising and executing offline marketing initiatives, contributing to an effective promotional strategy.

• Finance and Accounting: Ensure the efficient and transparent execution of accounting responsibilities. 

• Logistics: Guarantee prompt and efficient logistics support across all departments, streamlining operations and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.

• Recruitment and Training: Facilitate comprehensive staff training, and actively engage in staff performance assessments to ensure a skilled and proficient workforce.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role 

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Sales, operations and problem solver expertise

• Proficiency in CRM systems and office software

• Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
