BRANCH SUPERVISOR

Explora & CasCisCus are building a new team for our Jakarta branch, and we're looking for a Branch Supervisor who is organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with children.

If you enjoy organizing things, communicating with parents, and making sure a branch runs smoothly, you might be the person we're looking for!

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supervising branch operations

• Managing parent & customer relations

• Creating class schedules

• Handling administration & financial reports

• Organizing events and special activities

• Coordinating with tutors, coaches & the team

We'd love to meet you if you are:

• Experienced in operations, administration, education, customer service, or a similar field

• Organized, proactive & responsible

• Good at communicating and coordinating with people

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing company

• Genuinely love working with children
