Responsibilities
Develop and execute in-restaurant and digital brand activation initiatives.
Lead end-to-end event coordination, from concept development to seamless on-ground execution.
Collaborate closely with Social Media, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Prepare clear, structured, and comprehensive campaign and activation briefs.
Monitor activation performance in real time and gather customer insights for improvement.
Identify and manage collaboration opportunities with communities, local brands, creators, and nearby businesses to increase foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in brand activation, event execution, or marketing roles, preferably with direct involvement in on-ground campaigns.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly creative and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail activation is a strong advantage.
