Brand Manager

About the role :

As a Brand Manager at Asaba Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand strategy and driving the company's marketing efforts for Stationery Product. Based in our Jakarta office, this full-time position will see you managing and enhancing the brand identity, positioning and overall reputation of Asaba Group within the industry.

Job Description :

• Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty

• Managing the brand's visual identity, including the design and rollout of marketing materials

• Conducting market research to gain insights into consumer perceptions and competitor activity

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

• Tracking and analyzing brand performance metrics to inform future marketing initiatives

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and making recommendations for brand evolution

Qualification :

• Min. Bachelor Degree for any Major (preferred from Economic, Marketing or Management)

• Have experience min. 5 years as Product Manager, Brand Activation Manager or Marketing Manager

• Have experience in Stationery Industry, Retail or FMCG Business Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Having experience Create Brand Awareness, handling ATL & BTL Activities

• Must be able to speak, read and write in fluent English.

• Willing to travel out of town frequently
