- Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field. - A minimum of 2-year experience in Frozen Food is preferred - Well-organized, passionate and committed. JOBDESK: - Develop marketing communication plan - 360-degree plan, accordir to agreed commercial strategy - Come up with winning and differentiated communication strategir to support the brand objectives - Develop media communication channels (digital and social media, community, endorsers), optimize communication and activation. - Building consumers connection thru consumer activation (Consumer promotion, Community closeness activity). - Work closely with creative, digital agency, brand partner, KOL in developing communication plan for regular and digital media. - Managing expenses given in accordance with the activity plan and regular expenses control report. - Managing and responsible for all activities related with the brand such as advertising, media planning, ATL, BTL, Digital market activation
