Brand & Marketing Staff

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in brand management, preferably in the services/hospitality industry, or fresh graduates with passion to learn about services/hospitality industry Able to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously, including digital activities Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies Strong attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics aligned with services/hospitality branding Understanding of the process from shooting to editing is preferred Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic brand and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives Manage events, products, and services from concept, planning, budgeting to execution Prepare and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, seminars, courses, open houses, etc.) Establish and maintain partnerships with KOLs, communities, and relevant organizations Direct and oversee the production of creative assets by working closely with graphic designers to maintain brand consistency Assist in developing copywriting for selected marketing channels, including social media, website, articles, and media releases Work with agencies and internal marketing teams to manage the brand and achieve its vision Track and analyze event performance and prepare reports, including budget vs. actuals Stay up-to-date with industry trends, creative innovations, and competitor activities to inspire fresh and relevant brand ideas Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are executed and achieve objectives
