Shieldtag delivers advanced holographic, high-precision security solutions that protect brands and guarantee product authenticity across industries. We're growing fast and hiring a target-driven BD & Account Manager to own outbound sales — from prospecting to closing to growing key accounts.

What You'll Do:

• Own and hit outbound sales KPIs through cold outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.

• Run the full B2B sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, close.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts (brands, distributors, agents, partners) via retention, upsell, and cross-sell.

• Forecast and manage your pipeline accurately in the CRM.

• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and partnership agreements to signature.

• Represent Shieldtag at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to source new deals.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to convert leads and drive growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years in outbound sales, business development, or account management (B2B preferred).

• Proven track record of hitting sales/revenue targets.

• Strong hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• CRM and pipeline management experience.

• Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple accounts in a fast-paced startup.

• Willing to attend client meetings and events.

• Bonus: experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, packaging, or printing.
