Requirements: • 4-8 Years of Experience in Busine Development Consultant • Strategic Business Development • Lead Generation & Market Penetration • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management • ERP Proposal Development & Negotiation • Market & Competitive Analysis • Partnership Development & Support: Cultivate, support, and strengthen strategic partnerships with local business partners, referrals, and key influencers to broaden market react improve service delivery- • CRM Management & Reporting: Mainta accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions within CRM systems. Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress to senior management. • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of strategies, and ensure successful implementation and support for clients. • Performance & Sales Tracking: Set and achieve sales targets, track daily/weekly/monthly activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Report on KPis and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. • Self-Management: Demonstrating strong self- discipline, communication, and organizational skills to meet targets and deadlines.
