Business Development Executive

You will report directly to the CEO/General Manager with updates and targets, so applicants must be confident in relaying information and providing accurate reporting. The main responsibilities include: • Lead the expansion of the teams to enhance services for both Indonesians and foreigners. • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to add value to LMI/LMG customers with exclusive offers. • Organize events and find partnerships that benefit Lets Move, aiming to enhance customer experience and loyalty. • Manage social media presence by maintaining a work Instagram account, creating content, and engaging with followers. • Attend weekly networking events and explore new opportunities to expand LMI/LMG's reach and influence in the market. • Potentially assist with event coordination, hosting and managing events for our Lets Move brands and our partner company Social Expat. • Meet people and build partnerships. • Galvanize the team and provide leadership by example. • Help grow the departments and ensure we become the most popular agency in jakarta. • Create new affiliation agreements and referral schemes. • Look at ways to increase sales and work with the digital team to create advertising campaigns.
