Business Development Executive

Job Description:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

3. Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

4. Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups until deal closure.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project quality and timeliness.

6. Identify upselling and service expansion opportunities.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.

2. Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive is a plus.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4. Target-oriented, proactive, and highly initiative.

5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Familiar with CRM tools and basic office applications.
