Business Development

Requirements :

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. -

-1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

-Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

-Proficiency in Mandarin spoken and writen is a plus

-Background in operational roles such as digital marketing or similar fields is preferred to ensure a strong base skill set.

-Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate to Jakarta ASAP.

-Able to join immediately or as soon as possible (needly urgent).

-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

-Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.

-Highly self-motivated and proactive in finding new business opportunities.

-Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

-Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.

-Ability to develop tailored pitches, proposals, and client presentations.

-Knowledge of contract negotiations, budgeting, and pricing strategy.

Job Description :

-Conducting research on market opportunities, competitors, and customer needs.

-Building relationships with customers/potential customers and business partners.

-Visiting and assisting customers in resolving issues related to outsoured services.

-Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

-Developing short-term and long-term business development plans.

-Regularly evaluating the implementation of business development strategies strategies to ensure effectiveness.

-Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients.

-Preparing and presenting proposals or partnership offers tailored to client needs.

-Negotiating with customers/potential customers and business partners.
