Required qualification

• 1 - 3 years proven experience in business development within HR services industry

• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

• ⁠Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job description

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the HR services sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

• Utilize a consultative approach to build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their training needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, highlighting our service offerings and value proposition.

• Generate new leads (B2B), screen potential business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure deals

• Work closely with internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful service delivery.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
