What We're Looking For - Minimum D3 education with IT / Management / Similar Study Program - Minimum 4 years experience in Sales or Business Development - Have special knowledge, namely: - Have managed a team and been in contact with the IT industry so have some knowledge regarding the world of IT and startups - An attractive looking woman, not wearing a hijab - Have excellent MOTIVATION and COMMUNICATION skills - Likes visiting, dares to meet various types of people and dares to meet people with high positions/positions - Have the ability to build good relationships, such as: Ice Breaking : - Have a successful first impression on clients - Attractive physical appearance - Professional and attractive grooming - Able to start a conversation well and end it well too - Ability to attract clients - Have the ability to maintain good relationships, by turning clients into close friends - Validated by active organizational activities or extensive social interactions - Have the ability to read situations - Has the ability to profile potential clients - Have extensive knowledge - Have good selling skills, such as: - Presentation Skills that are able to attract an interested audience - Convincing Product Knowledge - A good listener - Able to capture needs well - Able to sell as needed at the right time - Ability to up sell and cross sell (for existing customers) - Have negotiation skills, such as: - Excellent communication skills in negotiations - Creating a Win-Win situation between the company and the client - Have the ability in logic and quick practical mathematical calculations to assist the negotiation process - Have the ability to delegate tasks to the Operational Team, such as: - Good and precise communication - Good teamwork - Have the ability to manage a Sales Team / Account Manager - Have the ability: - Leadership: initiative and discipline - Mental toughness: Cool under pressure, rejection and failure are sweet ingredients - Creative: Creative and dynamic in every situation Key Responsibilities - Identify Business Opportunities: Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities. Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify market segments with potential for growth. - Business Strategy Development: Formulate effective business strategies based on a deep understanding of the market and competition. Plan clear actions to achieve the company's business goals. - Partnership Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including companies, financial institutions, and key individuals in the industry. - Identify strategic partnership opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to forge mutually beneficial partnerships. - Sales Cycle Management: Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, contract negotiation, to closing. Coordinate with the team to ensure company sales targets are achieved. - Analysis and Reporting : Collect and analyze business data, identify new trends and opportunities, and compile relevant reports. - Provide regular updates to the management team regarding business developments and target achievements. - Developing the Team: Train and build the capabilities of the team below to achieve Division, Department and Company goals. - Team Monitoring: Controlling team work assignments within business departments.
