JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Create and implement effective business growth strategies

  2. Consultative approach to build strong client relationships with decision makers to understand their training needs, and ensure top-notch service delivery

  3. Acquiring potential B2B partner and Brand to collaborate with Porte Manage & monitor growth in each channel of Porte

  4. Manage projects related to partnership.

  5. Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide reports to management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  2. Min. 3 years of experience as Sales, Business Development Manager or similar field

  3. Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills

  4. Proficiency in CRM software, Zoho, Excel, and other relevant tools for providing insights

  5. Knowledge of architectural and interior

  6. Able to work as an individual contributor or leading a small team
