This role will play a key role in expanding and managing B2B partnerships across Indonesia and Asia, identifying and developing strategic collaborations with brands and artists that align with our brand identity. The role will also act as the main point of contact (PIC) in curating and managing both internal and external events, ensuring each initiative strengthens brand presence and creates meaningful partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with partners, exploring new business opportunities, and executing collaborative projects that support the company’s growth and market expansion. Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager or Team Lead in related roles.
Strong analytical skills in market trends and product positioning.
Proven experience in managing business collaborations, partnerships, and consignment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong with data and analysis
Responsibility:
Develop and manage B2B partnerships to drive sales growth.
Lead negotiations and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
Identify and execute brand collaborations (end-to-end).
Structure partnership deals (profit sharing, wholesale, royalty).
Plan and execute product campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
Lead and manage events (strategy, budgeting, forecasting, execution).
Create demand forecasts to support product planning for collaborations.
Select KOLs and prepare SOW aligned with brand strategy.
