.Job Desc : This is a full-time role that involves working in Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with the possibility of some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients in order to promote Digiscore's services. They will lead the sales process, including identifying potential clients, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the market and competitors in order to expand the company's reach. Requirements : Proven track record in sales and business development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to identify and effectively pursue business opportunities Knowledge of the fintech industry and financial services Experience with financial technology and software solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Fluency in Mandarin and English.
