BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Plastic Engineering

Requirement:

• Minimum SMK Engineer/marketing

• Have good communication and presentation skills

• Maximum age 30 years old

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development & Marketing

• Experienced in the development plastic engineering by increasing business sales from workshop customer and end user customers will be an advantage or related industry

• Willing to travel all around West Java

• Able to drive a car and have driving license (SIM A)

• Have vehicles

• Good English skills are value-added

• 75% will be on field, 25% office

• Must be Self-motivated, responsible, driven, and honest

Job Description:

• Support & Work with the business unit in developing business plans

• Identify new customers and retain existing customers

• Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends

• Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development

• Recommend product enhancements to identify new business activities

• Conduct product and sales training

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product development and sales solutions

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics

• Placement Area: Bandung, Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
