Business Development - FINTECH

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field,

• Certification in business strategy, fintech, or financial management is a plus,

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or market growth in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry,

• Experienced in lender and borrower growth strategies in P2P lending or digital funding platforms, Understand digital technology, customer acquisition strategy, and trends in the fintech/P2P lending industry,

• Experienced in negotiating business agreements and developing partnerships,

• Able to build long-term relationships with strategic partners and investors, Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation & strategic partnership including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels,

• Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share,

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with financial institutions, investors, and borrowers,

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends,

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders,

• Negotiate and close partner deals to enhance business performance,

• Identify and onboard new lenders and borrowers to the platform,

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to ensure targets are met,

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and P2P lending guidelines,

• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks,

• Provide insights to the product development team for improving lending services,

• Gather feedback from customers and partners to enhance user experience and platform performance.
