Business Operation Officer

PT Mitra Berkat Abadi, vendor of PT Astra Integrasi Digital (Astra Financial Group), is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Operation Officer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product utilization and service usage by business partners, and develop analytical reports to support decision-making.

• Conduct regular reconciliation of service usage data with partners and vendors to ensure accuracy and alignment.

• Oversee vendor evaluation processes and track the progress of service integrations with business partners.

• Manage end-to-end operational administration, including invoice creation, validation, and payment tracking.

• Administer third-party collaboration documentation, including agreements, contract management, and compliance completeness.

• Prepare and analyze periodic management reports, covering business performance and operational KPls.

• Support internal and external audit processes, and drive business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration, Management, or other relevant fields.

• 2 - 3 years of experience in operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong data analysis skills, detail-oriented and organized.

• Good communication and coordination skills, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
