Requirements: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a major in Public Relations/ International Relations/International Business/Communications or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in PR/Relationship Management/Business Development with networking in insurance market or banking industry - Excellent command of English and Bahasa indonesia, both written and verbal - Able to communicate (passive) in Mandarin is highly preferred - Proficiency in computer and office software (Ms. Office) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with business partners - Immediate availability is highly preferred Role & Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and potential business partners (PKS, NDA, Forecast Business) - Assessing the business potential of marketable products - Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet business partners needs - Proactively identify business partners needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements - Contribute to the development and implementation of business partners retention strategies
