Business System Analyst

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; - Maximum 3 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or process improvement; fresh graduates with internships are welcome; - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams). - Knowledge of freight forwarding operations and ERP/logistics systems is a plus; - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently; - Good communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams. - Analyze business processes, improve workflows, develop SOPs, and identity technology needs; - Develop and maintain documentation on system processes, configurations, and updates; - Evaluate and implement IT solutions to enhance working operations; - Collaborate with users and managers to define system requirements; - Assist in coordinating with vendors for smooth system implementation; - Support ERP integration with third-party applications (Microsoft Office 365, CEISA 4.0, CEISA Host to Host); - Support in system testing, troubleshooting, and user training; - Work closely with IT Division to ensure seamless digital transformation.
