RESPONSIBILITIES - Impeccable Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all areas in the luxury Apartment, ensuring every space is spotless and well-organized. - Attention to Detail: Anticipate guests' needs and ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in every corner of the property. - Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and guests, providing personalized service and addressing any needs or concerns promptly. - Defect Reporting: Monitor the condition of the property, identify any maintenance issues, and report defects to the property management team for prompt resolution. - Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
