Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently listening and addressing the customers' needs - Respond to incoming events from tracking units to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicle - Collaborate with other related departments to resolve the issues - Troubleshoot remotely for simpler issues - Review systems and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices - Be a central point of contact for our loyal customers and coordinate exceptional customer service with relevant Cartrack departments - Must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3) in IT, Information Systems, or a related field - Prior experience dealing directly with the customers, as a helpdesk, customer support, or technical support role (preferably in SaaS or IT-related services) - Fully computer literate with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services. Familiarity with SaaS applications and troubleshooting methods is preferred - Conversational level of English language skill - Willing to work on shifting hours at the office (possible at night)
