Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a GPA of 2.75 or higher; additional education in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or the banking sector is preferred. Fresh graduated with excellent verbal communication is welcomed to apply.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

    • Proficiency with computer systems and banking software.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

    • Demonstrates high levels of discipline, integrity, and honesty.

  • Working condition:

    • Shifts, including different days and hours.

    • Must be willing to work on-site in Semarang (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding account inquiries, transactions, payments, and other banking-related issues. Issue

  • Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing accurate information.

  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about the bank's products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and online banking.

  • Account Management: Assist customers with managing their accounts, including setting up new accounts, updating personal information, and processing transactions.

  • Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions comply with banking regulations, company policies, and confidentiality standards.

  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or concerns to the management for continuous improvement.
